Our Girls Are Growing

We received pictures of Hannah and Hosanna today! It is always exciting to get pictures of our daughters in Liberia. I love to see how they are growing, the expressions on their faces and the way they interact with each other. It is true, a picture speaks a thousand words, especially when that picture is of my daughters that live 5050 miles away.

As I have shared before, the government in Liberia is not allowing children to be adopted at this time. They are allowing a few special needs children, from our orphanage, to be adopted. We are currently waiting to hear as to whether the Lord will open the door for us to adopt one of these special needs children as well.

The girls each received a dolly, balls, new shoes and dresses that we sent them. While they both look big and are growing well, the dresses we purchased and sent them are a smaller size than what our little Eden Hope wears. Eden is nine months and Hosanna and Hannah are 29 months old.
